I don't do any work or repairs for any clients that I've done inspections for. (My wife would be upset if I didn't do my own stuff first and there's always stuff to do!)

If you need somebody to come and fix something for you, please contact the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado (www.bbbsc.org) for a list of contractors or companies that should be able to perform the tasks needed. I'm a member and have used a lot of fellow members over the years.

Also, I recommend that you use licensed and insured professionals and get at least 3 estimates. Estimates are like a free education. The more you get, the more you'll be educated about how the work will be performed and how much it'll cost.
