When people call me, usually the first question
they ask is "how much do you charge for an inspection?" Sometimes I say "how much do you have?"
All kidding aside, please shop around for a home inspector based on qualifications, including experience,
training, knowledge and professional affiliations. (Please see the "about me" page on this website if you haven't
already discovered "what I bring to the table".)
Do not let cost be
a factor in deciding whether or not to have a home inspection or in the selection of your home inspector. The lowest-priced
inspection is not necessarily a bargain!
